What To Expect At Your Visit

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to help you create meaning and gain a clearer understanding of yourself by putting your thoughts and feelings into words.

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In our work together, we can focus on developing specific skills to target distressing feelings and behaviors, or on exploring the underlying problems and patterns that interfere with your quality of life. I believe in an integrative approach to therapy and practice evidence-based treatments, including psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness skills, emotion-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral techniques.

As a multicultural psychologist, I realize the importance of tailoring the therapy to your unique needs and life situation. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, a hard relationship, or trying to overcome an addiction - I have the professional experience to help promote positive change.
